Everything sounding solid so far, and predominantly heavy. A combination of sounds and styles from the first 4 VH records, with 2011 production
Not crazy about the preview sound quality (far too bright), but can assume the final (full) versions will sound as good as those full versions already released |

| Breaking down (Bullethead) -- my fav so far.. Listen the U T preview at 30.00.. We get the first (ever) perfect (Trigger horse) sound on an actual VH album.. totally priceless from Eddie..This trigger sound was seen 1st with Van Hagar on the video they made back stage as Eddie said trigger horse something... He also did the 1st ever (Elephant) sound on that back stage vid.. covered in some U tube how to do that videos...Then listen at 40.00 .. this is what I was looking for.. a pentatonic scatter while in a split second pull off from a blues rythm.. Eddie really did an exellent job here in this song on the recorder.. Ll it takes is (ONE) song to like them all.. Good job EVH! |

Me too!!! I've recorded and re-recorded just about every VH track, with added bass, etc. Back then, they used a lot of high end and Mid range. Running the cds through my Pioneer DJM 400. Panama is the one that I cannot get enough bass into. So far got VH, VHII & part of Women & Children First done. Now ripping the CD-r to flac. I've tried several eqs and even my Sonic Maximizer. I need to go back and buy 1984, pre remastering. I think I had it done well, back then. |

Yes, what it says on the site is to use Priority shipping so it will get to you by the release date. All I know is the email came in saying that it was shipped and had a tracking number for the USPS. |

Wow here is one that puts Eddie in the further amazing legend status.. A really great Ed meets Hendrix!
That has to be the most Ed has ever used a wah in one song.He really showcases on this one! |

| Killer, just killer. After listening to this one I then listened to Blood and Fire...wow I can't wait to listen to the whole Album through. Listerning to VH in the shop working on guitars or pickups gets me in the zone. I swear I do some of my best work while VH is cranking!! |
